It has 635 square feet of interior space. The space features a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll also find a solarium that includes a comfortable chair and coffee table, an office with a designated workspace, and a cozy, stylized bedroom complete with blackout blinds for a restful sleep and a wall-mounted TV. Additionally, there is a bathroom for your convenience. Guests have at their disposal High-Speed Telus fibre optic internet throughout the suite with boosters in the bedroom and the living room, two 55" TVs with Netflix and a smart speaker Alexa. I have a portable air conditioner and 2 fans prepared for the hot season. The central heating works during the winter, and I also have several heaters. SLEEPING (up to 4 people) The sleeping arrangements, which can accommodate up to 4 people, include a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. SELF CHECK-IN When guests arrive, they must buzz to open the front door and unlock the elevator. The unit door opens with an individual access code for my smart lock. Guests have complete access to the entire unit and building amenities, including a 25-meter indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, courtyard with garden and pond, and gated parking spot for one vehicle. SECURITY My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e., it doesn’t move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways. The camera does not record sound, and there are NO other cameras inside the property. I only check the cameras in extreme cases, such as when something is missing from my apartment or when I receive complaints from neighbors. So, most likely, I will not see you. After 3 days, all recordings are automatically deleted. I'm also happy to provide a screenshot of the camera's filming area.
