I understand you want to have friends over or get together for dinner. Please let me know ahead of time. 5. NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on the property. You can smoke at street level. A $200 fine for each day of your stay will apply for smoking inside the unit. 6. My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. SECURITY CAMERA CANNOT BE DISCONNECTED, COVERED OR ROTATED. I understand that you may feel uncomfortable, so I can provide a snap from the camera to ensure that the camera is only recording the entrance. 7. No building or city bylaw violation, including excessive NOISE AFTER ALLOWABLE HOURS (quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) 8. You are RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES for the building, strata, or city issues during your stay. 9. BE RESPECTFUL of our neighbours and the building. We have a great relationship with both and wish to continue that. Disrespectful behaviour will be considered a violation of house rules. 10. Please DON'T LOSE MY KEYS. Key replacement costs $100.
