Located on the 10th floor, this 940 sq. ft. suite offers stunning views of Vancouver City, Rogers Arena, Science World, and the Marina through its floor-to-ceiling windows. The open-concept living room and kitchen create an inviting space for gatherings, while the solarium provides an additional sleeping option or a quiet area for reading and working.
Inside the apartment, you'll find a bright living room and a spacious kitchen with panoramic views of the surrounding area. The solarium features a comfortable sofa, an equipped workspace, and a bookshelf stocked with guidebooks and other reading materials. The cozy bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds for quality sleep and wall-mounted TVs. Additionally, there are two bathrooms for your convenience.
The suite includes Telus fibre optic Internet with boosters in both the primary bedroom and living room. Each bedroom has two 55" TVs, while the living room boasts a 75" TV with Netflix. For hot weather, there are two portable air conditioners available.
Guests have full access to the entire unit and building amenities, which include a 25-meter indoor pool, a gym, a sauna, a hot tub, a courtyard with a garden and pond, and a gated parking spot for one vehicle.
SLEEPING (up to 7 people)
This vacation rental can easily accommodate up to 7 people. The sleeping arrangements include two beds with memory foam mattresses - one king-size bed and one queen-size bed. In addition, there is a fold-out queen-sized sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two people and a fold-out futon in the solarium that can accommodate one more person.
SELF CHECK-IN
When guests arrive, they must buzz to open the front door and unlock the elevator. The unit door opens with an individual access code for my smart lock.
SECURITY
My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e., it doesn’t move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways. The camera does not record sound, and there are NO other cameras inside the property.
I only check the cameras in extreme cases, such as when something is missing from my apartment or when I receive complaints from neighbors. So, most likely, I will not see you. After 3 days, all recordings are automatically deleted. I'm also happy to provide a screenshot of the camera's filming area.
