A one-bedroom condo in Downtown with office and parking.
This beautifully styled one-bedroom condo on the 5 floor offers views of Vancouver City and Rogers Arena. It has 635 square feet of interior space.
The space features a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll also find a solarium that includes a comfortable chair and coffee table, an office with a designated workspace, and a cozy, stylized bedroom complete with blackout blinds for a restful sleep and a wall-mounted TV. Additionally, there is a bathroom for your convenience.
Guests have at their disposal High-Speed Telus fibre optic internet throughout the suite with boosters in the bedroom and the living room, two 55" TVs with Netflix and a smart speaker Alexa. I have a portable air conditioner and 2 fans prepared for the hot season. The central heating works during the winter, and I also have several heaters.
SLEEPING (up to 4 people)
The sleeping arrangements, which can accommodate up to 4 people, include a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.
SELF CHECK-IN
When guests arrive, they must buzz to open the front door and unlock the elevator. The unit door opens with an individual access code for my smart lock.
Guests have complete access to the entire unit and building amenities, including a 25-meter indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, courtyard with garden and pond, and gated parking spot for one vehicle.
SECURITY
My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e., it doesn’t move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways. The camera does not record sound, and there are NO other cameras inside the property.
I only check the cameras in extreme cases, such as when something is missing from my apartment or when I receive complaints from neighbors. So, most likely, I will not see you. After 3 days, all recordings are automatically deleted. I'm also happy to provide a screenshot of the camera's filming area.

Terms & Conditions
All guests should follow our house rules. Any violation may result in removal from the apartment, with no refund of the rental fee.
1. CHECK-IN window from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
2. CHECKOUT time - 11:00 a.m.
3. Number of guests: max 4
4. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. I understand you want to have friends over or get together for dinner. Please let me know ahead of time.
5. No building or city bylaw violation, including excessive NOISE AFTER ALLOWABLE HOURS.
6. NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on the property. You can smoke at street level. A $200 fine for each day of your stay will apply for smoking inside the unit.
7. If you lose or damage your keys, there will be a $100 KEY REPLACEMENT FEE.
8. You are RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES for the building, strata, or city issues during your stay.
9. BE RESPECTFUL of our neighbours and the building. We have a great relationship with both and wish to continue that.
10. Please treat my property carefully and REPORT ANY DAMAGE to the unit or its contents before checkout.

Cancellation Policy
- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- Cancel at least 30 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, there’s no refund
