About this property

A one-bedroom condo in Downtown with office and parking. This beautifully styled one-bedroom condo on the 5 floor offers views of Vancouver City and Rogers Arena. It has 635 square feet of interior space. Inside you’ll find a bright living room and full kitchen, a Solarium with a comfortable chair and coffee table, an equipped workplace in the office and a cozy stylized bedroom with blackout blinds for sleeping and a wall-mounted TV, plus a bathroom. Guests have at their disposal High-Speed Telus fibre optic internet throughout the suite with boosters in the bedroom and the living room, two 55" TVs with Netflix and a smart speaker Alexa. I have a portable air conditioner and 2 fans prepared for the hot season. The central heating works during the winter, and I also have several heaters. SLEEPING (up to 4 people) Accommodating up to 4 people, the sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. SELF CHECK-IN When guests arrive, they must buzz to open the front door and unlock the elevator. The unit door opens with an individual access code for my smart lock. Guests have access to the entire unit, building amenities (25-meter indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, courtyard with garden and pond) and a gated parking spot for 1 vehicle. My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e. it doesn’t move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways. The camera does not record sound, and videos are only recorded if problems occur. There are NO other cameras inside the property whatsoever.

House Rules Direct Booking 1. CHECK-IN window from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 2. CHECKOUT time - 11:00 a.m. 3. Number of guests: max 7 4. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. I understand you want to have friends over or get together for dinner. Please let me know ahead of time. 5. NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on the property. You can smoke at street level. A $200 fine for each day of your stay will apply for smoking inside the unit. 6. My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. SECURITY CAMERA CANNOT BE DISCONNECTED, COVERED OR ROTATED. I understand that you may feel uncomfortable, so I can provide a snap from the camera to ensure that the camera is only recording the entrance. 7. No building or city bylaw violation, including excessive NOISE AFTER ALLOWABLE HOURS (quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) 8. You are RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES for the building, strata, or city issues during your stay. 9. BE RESPECTFUL of our neighbours and the building. We have a great relationship with both and wish to continue that. Disrespectful behaviour will be considered a violation of house rules. 10. Please DON'T LOSE MY KEYS. Key replacement costs $100. Ensure you read all the house rules before booking. Any violation of these rules may result in removal from the apartment, with no refund of the rental fee. Thank you for understanding!
