Welcome to your stylish urban retreat in Vancouver! Our location is just a short stroll from all the exciting attractions and trendy spots you'll love exploring. With modern design and breathtaking views, our place truly feels like home. You'll enjoy cozy bedrooms that ensure a great night's sleep, along with a fully equipped kitchen for all your snack needs. Stay connected with our smart home features and high-speed Wi-Fi. Plus, you are just a hop away from Rogers Arena, BC Place, and Gastown! This beautifully styled one-bedroom condo is located on the fifth floor and offers stunning views of Vancouver City and Rogers Arena. The unit has 635 square feet of interior space. Inside, you’ll find a bright living room, a full kitchen, and a solarium with a comfortable chair and coffee table. The office has an equipped workspace, a cozy bedroom with blackout blinds for restful sleep, a wall-mounted TV, and a bathroom. Guests enjoy high-speed Telus fiber optic internet throughout the suite, with boosters in both the bedroom and living room. The condo features two 55" TVs with Netflix and a smart speaker, Alexa. For the hot season, I have a portable air conditioner and two fans available. During winter, the central heating works effectively, and there are several space heaters available as well. Guests can access the unit and building amenities, including a 25-meter indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, courtyard with a garden, and a pond. Additionally, the unit includes a gated parking spot for one vehicle. SLEEPING (up to 4 people) The sleeping arrangements, which can accommodate up to 4 people, include a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. SELF CHECK-IN I won't be present to greet you, so you'll have to use the self-check-in option. Upon arrival, please buzz to open the front door and access the elevator. To get into the unit, you'll need to enter an individual code for the smart lock, which I'll send along with detailed instructions for check-in two days before your arrival. SECURITY My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e., it doesn’t move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways. The camera does not record sound, and NO other cameras are inside the property. I only check the cameras in extreme cases, such as when something is missing from my apartment or when I receive complaints from neighbours. So, I will most likely not see you. After 3 days, all recordings are automatically deleted. I can provide you with a screenshot from the camera in messages.

Terms & Conditions
All guests must follow my house rules. Any violation may result in a fine or removal from the apartment without any refund of the rental fee. 1. CHECK-IN window from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 2. CHECKOUT time - 11:00 a.m. 3. Number of guests: max 4 4. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. I understand you want to have friends over or get together for dinner. Please inform me in advance. 5. No building or city bylaw violation, including excessive NOISE AFTER ALLOWABLE HOURS (quiet hours 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.). 6. NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on the property. You can smoke at street level. A $200 fine for each day of your stay will apply for smoking inside the unit. 7. If you lose or damage your keys, there will be a $100 KEY REPLACEMENT FEE. 8. You are RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINES for the building, strata, or city issues during your stay. 9. BE RESPECTFUL of our neighbours and the building. We have a great relationship with both and wish to continue that. 10. Please treat my property carefully and REPORT ANY DAMAGE to the unit or its contents before checkout. Cancellation Policy

  • Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • Cancel at least 30 days before check-in to get a full refund
  • If cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
  • If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, there’s no refund
